Leadership Training
One
of the things that makes Ignition College of
Leadership unique and impacting is the balance
between theological content and practical based
ministry. Not only does Ignition teach you about
ministry, but it also provides a powerful opportunity
for students to be trained and experience the
hands on of church life.
Interns
are assigned a role for the year, given a position
of leadership and have specific time allocated
each week to work in ministry. With fortnightly
mentoring update meetings to see how things
are going, there are accountability structures
set in place to make sure that students are
handling their workload.
